Big Sandy Lake Association (BSLA)

Big Sandy Lake Association (BSLA) is a non-profit lake association for Big Sandy Lake in Aitkin County, Minnesota, just north of the town of McGregor on THW65.

Big Sandy Lake is a reservoir fed by the Sandy River from the south, Aitkin Lake and Van Dusch Creek from the north, and the Prairie River from the east.  Water flows out of the lake and into the Mississippi through a dam in the northwest corner of the lake that is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers.
